I decided to ask about it, because it's definitely not something that happens every day.
Ok, as avid a fan I am about J-rock, I'm not one of those BNF or people that posts or comments a whole lot in the respective communities they're a part of. I guess I'm just a lurker. Also, Missy amuses me, but I have never commented on her journal before, never been in direct contact with her, etc. etc.
...UNTIL NOW.
So a couple of days ago, I see that I have received a new comment. This is suspicious in itself, because I'm not active in updating my journals, so no one comments on them. On top of that, the comment is anonymous. Since I'm not that outspoken in the J-rock world, I have absolutely no reason to be in contact with an outspoken fan like Missy. So, I was suspicious. The comment said:
Uh, ok. So I went to the site. Fake Missy Myspace page.
Basically, what I'm trying to ask is... Did ANYONE else receive this weird comment?
What I'm trying to say is... I'm not really sure why I got a comment. Since I'm not that active of a member, things like this would just kinda pass over me, I hope. So, unless the person who created the Myspace spammed everyone in the jrock_wank comm, in which case I understand why I got the comment, I'm amusedly confused as to why I got this lol. I've never had ANY contact with Missy, or ever been in some part of Internet feud with her sooooooo...

So my goal for this month/next 2 months is to drop at least 20 pounds. I really cannot go on living in 130 Pound Land at the height of 5'2", especially in Seoul, South Korea, Land of the Insanely Tall and Skinny Men and Women with Great Fashion Sense. And plus, I can't go shopping for the fantastic clothes until I lose weight, because I intentionally am preventing myself from going shopping until I lose weight so I can look much better in clothes being skinny. So, the faster I lose weight, the better, for both me, my image, and the shopping. BAHHHHHH. I've already lost 5-ish pounds, I think. I don't have a scale... maybe that's better, haha.
So I heard that when you're trying to lose weight, you start losing it first in the places you don't expect. Ex. You're trying to lose weight in your thighs, but notice weight loss in your face first, etc. I'm noticing that my face is thinner, and my jaw line is sharper. (Thinner face = my eyes looks bigger, haha.) Good, I'm all for weight loss anywhere right now! I think I actually look better with a thinner face. I am most definitely not a person that looks better plumper. I must be slim. I must be slim. I must lose weight. I must lose weight. My parents have been hounding me about it all my life, but I truly realize it now. Sigh. I wish things like this were easy. I think the best way is to eat around (or a little bit less than) 600-800 calories a day. Eating less is really not that hard.
As for exercise... I will have to draw up an exercising plan with 오빠. Walking around the hilly campus is great, but it's not pushing me to my limit or anything.

Today is August 1st.
My flight leaves August 21st.
I leave in 20 days.
20 days until I'll be by myself in a foreign country, where the only thing I really know about it is the language... and even then I don't think I'm adequate. I think I'm only at about 75-80% fluency; I'm sure it'll reach 100% very soon after I land.
Ahhh... Korea. More specifically, Seoul, Korea. I know I'll have tons of interesting experiences.

So I just ordered $60 worth of classical piano sheet music. Whew. And since I insist on getting only Henle sheet music, it's hella expensive. But of course, it's German and their sheet music is just more clearly edited and reading is somehow easier with their layout than with other brands. Yay! I'm excited!!! I got a book of all of Chopin's Nocturnes, his Prelude in D-flat major Op. 28 No. 15 (the famous Raindrops Prelude, which shouldn't be too hard), Liszt's Liebestraume Nocturnes, and Beethoven's Pathetique Sonatas. I can't wait until I can start playing them. :DDDDDDDDDD

Why does Volcom clothes have to be so expensive...? *sad* And why must they have such poor selections of Volcom clothing in this town? Oh, wait - BECAUSE IT'S FRESNO. Ughhhhhhhhhhhh. I want to go to one of the actual Volcom stores down south; they're guaranteed to have SOMETHING like what I want. What I want is a simple, nicely fitting black girls t-shirt with the Volcom logo on it kinda big on it either on the back or the front and a black tank top with the logo on the back right shoulder. Sure, the guys section has shirts like that, but noooooo - in the girls section, they have these WEIRD printed t-shirts that are just not attractive and... bleh. FYI: Volcom sizes tend to run really small, especially for girls. Really small. I guess they assume that all of their customers are skinny extreme sport types. >:[

The only thing I think I don't like about Chanel is the perfume. I just can't and don't like N°5, even when my parents had a bottle of it, and even after smelling it at Macy's today. It's just... too oily/musky for me. I like fresher, crisper, sweet scents. I am not a big musk fan. So I think I will just end up buying the J'adore by Dior. Even though the Marc Jacobs and Ralph Lauren Romance perfumes smelled awfully good. (Romance seemed like it wouldn't last very long, though.)
IF I HAD PARIS HILTON'S MONEY, I WOULD TOTALLY SPEND IT ON MORE FASHIONABLE, TASTEFUL STUFF THAN SHE DOES! That girl seriously does not know what clothes cuts are good for her sometimes, I swear. Of course, because she's a tall skinny girl, she can kinda pull off a lot of the things she wears, but sometimes... not so much. I've never really considered any of her outfits "smashing"... simply because the cuts don't really do anything for her. It's more like... Paris wearing clothes. The end. Nothing like, PARIS LOOKING SIMPLY MAGNIFICENT! I think she actually looked a LOT prettier coming out of jail (you know, when she wasn't wearing eye makeup). I think she's one of the few blessed people who look so much better au naturale. True, her eyes may have looked smaller... but she looked so much better!
I wonder if those double C Chanel stud earrings are considered fashionable, timeless, and classic by the fashion world... or unstylish, old-fashioned, and "oh, so 1999"-ish? I don't know... personally, I think they're gorgeous. I want a pair in black, gold, and the standard diamond/crystal (?). NOT the multi-colored ones, though. I mean, are they still being made? Have they been discontinued? I'm looking on the website, but don't see them... Maybe they're not listed on the website. I WANT THESE SO BADLY. And, of course, Chanel sunglasses and regular glasses. D;

On a musical note, D'espairsRay's albums are ALWAYS fantastic. Man. I'm also hearing a lot of PIERROT-ish things in a several of their songs from 『MIRROR』. It's a really great album. D'espairsRay is also so tight and controlled and polished in their songs. Just great music. <3 And HIZUMI's vocals... Oh man. OHHHHH man. I just freaking love his voice so. much. Wahhhhh. Amazing amazing amazing. Totally worthy of being one of my favorite bands. :D
